IDENTITY VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY

 

Guardian Muslim Marriage remains steadfast in its commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, operational security, and regulatory compliance across its platform. The purpose of this Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is to comprehensively delineate the extensive and ongoing obligations imposed upon all users engaging with the services provided by ALI.T INVESTMENTS LLC (“Guardian Muslim Marriage”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

 

This Policy prescribes stringent verification requirements, delineates fraud prevention methodologies, and establishes explicit compliance parameters that users must unconditionally adhere to. The provisions set forth herein shall be read in conjunction with, and shall not be construed as limiting or superseding, any other policies promulgated by Guardian Muslim Marriage, including, but not limited to, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any supplementary guidelines, protocols, or directives that Guardian Muslim Marriage may introduce, modify, or enforce at its sole and absolute discretion. In the event of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or interpretational contradiction between this Policy and other referenced documents, the interpretation most advantageous and favorable to Guardian Muslim Marriage shall prevail, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

 

Users expressly acknowledge that adherence to this Policy is an unequivocal and non-negotiable requirement, and any deviation, failure, or refusal to comply shall subject the user to immediate remedial measures, which may include, but are not limited to, account suspension, permanent termination, or any additional enforcement actions deemed necessary by Guardian Muslim Marriage.

 

2. 2. IDENTITY VERIFICATION

To maintain the highest level of security and regulatory compliance, users shall bear the exclusive and non-delegable responsibility of ensuring that the identity verification information provided to Guardian Muslim Marriage is accurate, complete, current, and truthful at all times.

Users unconditionally agree and covenant to fully comply with all identity verification requirements, procedures, and obligations as determined by Guardian Muslim Marriage, which may include, but shall not be limited to:

 

• Selfie authentication and biometric verification: Users are mandated to submit a real-time selfie for biometric authentication, which will be systematically cross-referenced against the profile image and government-issued identification submitted at the time of account registration or at any point thereafter.

 

• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) with OTP confirmation: Users must verify their registered phone number and email address through a dynamic One-Time Password (OTP) authentication process, which serves as an additional layer of security.

 

• Submission of government-issued identification: Users are required to furnish a valid, unexpired government-issued identification document, which shall be subjected to Guardian Muslim Marriage’s rigorous authentication protocols and, where necessary, further verification by independent third-party validation services.

 

• Guardian or family member authentication requirements: In instances where a user elects to authorize a guardian or family member to oversee their profile or account activities, the designated guardian or family member must undergo an equally stringent identity verification process, which shall include: 

 

1. (a) Full visibility of the user’s profile and engagement records within the platform;

 

2. (b) Completion of OTP-based verification of their registered phone number and email address;

 

3. (c) Submission of a government-issued identification document for authentication;

 

4. (d) A mandatory real-time selfie authentication for biometric verification;

 

5. (e) Establishment of relationship authenticity through linked account validation procedures;

 

6. (f) Direct verification via telephonic interviews or video calls at Guardian Muslim Marriage’s sole discretion.

 

Users explicitly acknowledge and accept that failure to fulfil identity verification obligations within the timeframe designated by Guardian Muslim Marriage shall result in the imposition of account restrictions, operational limitations, or outright termination of platform access. Furthermore, users waive any and all rights to demand explanations, justifications, or compensatory remedies in the event of verification rejections, procedural delays, or supplementary authentication requests. Users assume full and unequivocal liability for any inconveniences, operational disruptions, or losses arising from non-compliance with identity verification directives.

 

Guardian Muslim Marriage explicitly disclaims all liabilities, express or implied, related to identity verification failures, delays, or rejections. Users expressly renounce any claim, demand, or entitlement to compensation arising from any consequences associated with identity verification procedures implemented by Guardian Muslim Marriage.

 

3. 3. FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURES

Users unequivocally acknowledge and accept their fundamental duty to ensure that all interactions, transactions, and engagements within Guardian Muslim Marriage’s platform fully comply with the fraud prevention mechanisms outlined in this Policy. Guardian Muslim Marriage utilizes an extensive, multilayered framework of fraud detection and prevention methodologies, which users acknowledge may be employed at any time, with or without prior notification. These measures include, but are not limited to:

 

• Automated and manual transaction monitoring: Guardian Muslim Marriage systematically scrutinizes all user account activities, login attempts, transaction histories, and access patterns to detect anomalous behavior indicative of fraudulent intent.
• Predictive modelling and behavioral analytics: Advanced artificial intelligence (AI)-driven risk assessment models are deployed to assess, track, and evaluate user behaviors, including engagement patterns, device consistency, and geographic discrepancies.

 

• Cross-referencing of identity details against regulatory and enforcement databases: User-provided information is cross-checked against third-party data repositories, law enforcement records, anti-fraud consortium databases, and regulatory compliance lists.

 

• Unilateral authority to impose sanctions on suspect accounts: Guardian Muslim Marriage reserves the unrestricted right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts at any time, with or without advance notice, upon the detection of irregularities, suspicious conduct, or any conduct that contravenes this Policy.

 

• Continuous enhancement of fraud prevention methodologies: Guardian Muslim Marriage reserves the exclusive and absolute right to implement, modify, or introduce new risk assessment protocols, machine learning fraud detection algorithms, and procedural safeguards that users are obligated to comply with unconditionally.

 

Users unreservedly accept their obligation to take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access to their accounts and expressly waive any claim against Guardian Muslim Marriage for damages, financial losses, or adverse consequences stemming from fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

 

4. 4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users acknowledge their exclusive and non-transferable responsibility to safeguard their access credentials, including but not limited to usernames, passwords, OTP authentication codes, and any additional security credentials mandated by Guardian Muslim Marriage. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, transferring, or compromising their access credentials under any circumstances.

 

In the event of suspected unauthorized access, security breaches, or fraudulent activity, users are required to report such incidents to Guardian Muslim Marriage without undue delay via the designated reporting channels. Failure to report such incidents within a reasonable timeframe shall render the user liable for any resulting damages, losses, or adverse consequences.

 

Guardian Muslim Marriage categorically disclaims all liability associated with security breaches, financial fraud, identity theft, or any other detrimental impact arising from a user’s failure to implement robust security measures. Users explicitly waive all rights to claim damages, compensation, or remediation for any security-related incidents attributable to their negligence or non-compliance.

 

5. 5. AMENDMENTS & COMPLIANCE

Guardian Muslim Marriage retains the absolute and unrestricted authority to update, revise, amend, or supplement this Policy at any time, with or without prior notification to users. Users acknowledge and accept that they bear the exclusive burden of remaining informed about the most current version of this Policy.

 

Continued utilization of Guardian Muslim Marriage’s services shall constitute unequivocal acceptance of all amendments, modifications, and additional compliance obligations imposed by Guardian Muslim Marriage. Non-compliance with this Policy shall subject the user to enforcement measures, including but not limited to account restrictions, termination, and legal recourse.

 

For any clarifications or inquiries regarding this Policy, users must contact Guardian Muslim Marriage’s designated support team and await a formal response before undertaking any action impacted by this Policy. Guardian Muslim Marriage shall not be held liable for any misinterpretation, misunderstanding, or misapplication of this Policy by users.
